Humble Beginnings

When we look back on our humble beginnings to now working on major projects, we are so proud to know we are making a real difference in the sector.

Founding Pop Education

Guided by a distinct lack of services available for education providers, combined with a drive to start a successful business, Sarah Phillips and her brother Alex Phillips created Pop Education.

Sarah brought many years of education industry expertise, and along with Alex's multimedia and digital development skills, the sibling duo identified a gap in the market where services were scarce. Their little side hustle very quickly turned into a full-time gig.

2020 – Growth & Leadership

To support this growth, a new director, Melissa Palmer, was appointed in 2020. Melissa brings both an education background and exceptional operational and organisational skills to the business.

2021 – A New Home

Our growth also meant we needed a permanent space to call home, and our Head Office in Bendigo opened in 2021. Whilst still supporting a remote and flexible workforce across two states, we love bringing the creative minds of our team together to brainstorm and explore new possibilities.

What We Do

Our team of experts leverage real-world learning and assessment experience, understands industry compliance and best practice, and knows what makes learning enjoyable for students. We create learning that sticks and translates into real workplace skills – and we make it fun!

Passion & Projects

We love working on health and community services projects, while also enjoying the diversity of trades, business, education, food and fibre, and innovation industries. We are passionate about what we do and driven to deliver projects that add value to our clients and meaning to theirs.

Our Culture

At Pop, we worked remotely and flexibly before it was a necessity. We understand the complexities and advantages of this way of working, because we've lived it. And we love nothing more than gathering at our Bendigo office to foster creativity, brainstorm solutions, and explore what's next for our clients.
